MIXED BERRY BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Loose weight drinking this delicious loaded with vitamins healthy breakfast or anytime smoothie.

Ingredients

1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup cranberries
1 pear, cored
1 cup low-fat vanilla or plain yoghurt
1/2 cup cranberry juice
2 cups ice

Method

  • Blend all ingredients together for 30 – 45 seconds.
