2 shots Bacardi rum
2 limes, quartered
3 tsp castor sugar
3 strawberries, halved
6 mint leaves
- Muddle the mint leaves, strawberries and castor sugar in a highball glass.
- Add the squeezed limes and some crushed ice.
- Add the Bacardi and fill glass with more crushed ice.
- Add a splash of soda and garnish with sprig of mint and serve.
