80ml soft brown sugar
690ml rolled oats
125ml desiccated coconut
175g cooking chocolate, melted
- Melt the margarine, sugar and syrup.
- Stir in the oats and coconut.
- Pour into a greased baking tray and press with a fork.
- Top with the melted chocolate, spreading over with a knife.
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cut into squares.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack.
