PEACH & COTTAGE CHEESE SMOOTHIE

Lunch smoothie – Peaches are rich in vitamin A which help to keep your skin healthy and add colour to complexion. Peaches are also full of dietary fibre which is great for weight loss.

Ingredients

1 cup canned peaches, drained
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 Tblsp wheat germ
5 ice cubes

Method
  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Make 1 smoothie
