1 tin condensed milk
2 cups sugar
5ml vanilla essence
- Combine margarine, condensed milk and sugar.
- Microwave on high for about 2 ½ minutes or till margarine has melted.
- Stir well.
- Microwave on high for 10 minutes stirring every 2 minutes.
- When mixture turns caramel colour, add the vanilla essence.
- Pour into greased pan to set.
- Allow to cool before cutting.
