CHOCOLATE DELIGHT SMOOTHIE

Delicious low calorie afternoon snack with flaxseed. Flaxseed is full of antioxidants that will boost your metabolism and omega-3 fatty acids that will curb cravings for sweets and junk food.

Ingredients

3 Tblsp cocoa powder
1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
½ cup fat free milk
½ cup fat free plain or vanilla yoghurt
1 tsp flaxseed powder
a few ice cubes (optional)

Method
  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Only add the ice if your raspberries are not frozen.
Makes 1 smoothie
