Ingredients
1 ripe mango, peeled & chopped
1 small banana, peeled & halved
150 – 200ml low-fat plain or vanilla yoghurt
½ cup orange juice
1 - 2 tsp honey
½ cup ice cubes
Method
- In a blender puree the mango, banana, yoghurt, orange juice and honey.
- Add the ice cubes one at a time until mixture is smooth and thick.
