PRAWN & MUSHROOM PASTA

This delicious pasta dish is made using mushrooms and prawns.


Ingredients

15ml oil
1 onion, chopped
125 ml milk
375 ml water
30ml margarine
1 x 125 g packet Knorr Wild Mushroom, Garlic & Black Pepper Pasta
125 g mushrooms, halved
200 g prawns, deveined and shelled


Method
  • Fry onions and mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes.
  • Add the milk, water and margarine in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  • Add the contents of the packet and cook on high for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the prawns and simmer for a further 3 minutes.
Serves 2
