Pina Colada is a tropical cocktail that can be enjoyed by the whole family as a non-alcoholic drink for the kids or with rum for the adults. Excellent on a hot summer’s evening for that tropical feeling.
45ml bacardi rum
15 malibu
30ml coconut cream or coconut milk
120ml pineapple juice
1 cup of ice cubes
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a blender, blend on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled 400ml tulip glass and decorate with a pineapple slice and a colourful straw.
