CREAMY CHEESE NOODLES WITH JALAPENOS & NACHOS

Ingredients

1 x 325g box Knorr Mince Mate Creamy Cheese
250ml grated Cheddar
800ml hot water
15ml oil
75ml jalapeño peppers, chopped
400ml nacho chips
400g mince


Method

  • In a large saucepan, brown mince in oil
  • Add the sachet of seasoning mix, 800ml hot water, jalapeños and the uncooked pasta and bring to the boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Transfer to a baking dish
  • Empty the contents and the cheese sauce sachet into a measuring jug
  • Fill to 500ml with rapidly boiling water and stir with a fork for 1 minutes
  • Pour over the mince, top with crushed nachos, sprinkle with grated cheese and grill for 4 minutes
