1 cup frozen peach slices
1 small banana, peeled & sliced
½ low fat plain or vanilla yoghurt
¼ cup apple juice
¼ cup low fat milk (optional)
1 – 2 tsp honey
Method
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
