Ingredients
4 eggs
50ml margarine
250ml sugar
125ml cake flour
2ml salt
3ml baking powder
500ml milk
250ml coconut
5ml vanilla essence
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until well mixed.
- Pour into a greased 24cm oven proof pie dish and bake for 45-55 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the custard filling has set.
