CAIPIRINHA COCKTAIL

Ingredients

50ml Cachaca
1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
2 tsp castor sugar

Method
  • Muddle the sugar and lime wedges together in a short glass.
  • Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  • Pour the cachaca into the glass.
  • Stir well and serve.
Makes 1 cocktail
