AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

Mid-morning snack - Avocado is full of healthy monounsaturated fats, which promotes weight loss and flat tummy

Ingredients

½ avocado, peeled, pitted & sliced
1 cup orange juice
1 Tblsp lemon juice
1 cup frozen or fresh pitted cherries
a few ice cubes (optional)

Method
  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Makes 1 smoothie
