CHEESE STRAWS

Ingredients
250ml cake flour
125ml grated cheddar
125ml margarine or butter
Method
  • Mix all ingredients together and knead well.
  • Roll out dough on a lightly floured board and cut into fingers.
  • Place on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with a little cayenne pepper.
  • Bake at 180°C until lightly browned.
