2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored
250ml mint leaves, stems removed and washed
pinch of salt
1 clove garlic, peeled
small pinch of green masala
45ml lemon freshly squeezed lemon juice
60ml (¼ c) plain yoghurt
- Put all the ingredients except the yoghurt in a food processor and blend.
- Stir in the yoghurt, garnish with mint leaves and serve with hot curries, kebabs or party snacks.
