Ingredients
1 can (410 g) guavas in fruit juice, roughly chopped
1 can condensed milk
80ml lemon juice
50g white chocolate, grated
Method
- Divide the pieces and the juice among 4 sundae glasses
- With a whisk beat the condensed milk and lemon juice together for about 5 minutes, until the mixture begins to thicken.
- Spoon the mixture over the guavas and chill for about an hour until the dessert is firm and set.
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate and serves.
