Ingredients
2 banana’s chopped
300g frozen low fat plain or vanilla yoghurt
2 tsp of honey
300ml low fat milk
2 pinches of ground cinnamon
Method
- Place all ingredients (except the honey & cinnamon) into your blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the honey and give it a quick whizz to blend the honey in.
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
