250g bacon
6 eggs, whisked

salt and freshly ground black pepper
oil for frying
6 thick slices white bread

Method
- Fry the bacon in a frying pan until crispy, remove from the pan and set aside.
- Use the same pan for the eggs.
- Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl with a dash of milk and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Heat a little oil in the pan.
- Dip a slice of bread in the whisked eggs.
- Fry the bread on both sides until done and golden.
- Serve immediately with the bacon, a blob of butter on the french toast and a little syrup (optional)
