1 onion sliced into rings
1 green pepper julienne
2 carrots julienne
2 cans baked bean in tomato sauce
2 Tblsp curry powder
Method
- Fry onion rings until light brown
- Add the green pepper and carrots and fry for 5 minutes
- Add the curry powder and baked beans and simmer for 5 minutes
Can be served hot or cold, really nice for a braai/ barbeques
