Ingredients
125g butter, softened
250ml sugar
1 large egg
375ml cake flour
10ml baking powder
100g pecan nuts, chopped
250g M&M’s or Astro chocolates
Method
- Beat the butter and sugar together and then beat in the egg.
- Sift the dry ingredients together and mix into the beaten mixture.
- Stir in the nuts and then the chocolates.
- Spoon teaspoonfuls of mixture onto greased and lined baking trays.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool the biscuits on the trays before removing.
