Ingredients
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
2 cups strawberries, halved
1 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 cup pineapple juice, divided
½ cup plain or vanilla yoghurt (optional)
1 cups ice cubes
Method
- In a blender puree the mango, strawberries, banana and ½ a cup of pineapple juice.
- Pour mixture into a container with a tight fitting lid and freeze for 5 hours.
- Let puree stand at room temperature for 10 minutes or until slightly softened.
- Crush ice in a blender, add the fruit puree, the remaining pineapple juice and yoghurt.
- Blend on medium until smooth.
- Serve in a tall chilled glass and decorate with a slice of strawberry and or mango.
