Ingredients
50ml dark rum
50ml white rum
25ml orange curacao
25ml grenadine
50ml pineapple juice
25ml lime juice
dash of orgeat syrup
Method
- Pour all the ingredients (except the dark rum) into a shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass half filled with ice.
- Top with the dark rum.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
