MAI TAI COCKTAIL

This free Mai Tai cocktail recipe is very fruity and refreshing. Mai Tai translates from Tahitian to mean "Out of this World." I totally agree this cocktail is definitely out of the world! 

Ingredients


50ml dark rum
50ml white rum
25ml orange curacao
25ml grenadine
50ml pineapple juice
25ml lime juice
dash of orgeat syrup


Method

• Pour all the ingredients (except the dark rum) into a shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
• Strain into a cocktail glass half filled with ice.
• Top with the dark rum.
• Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.

Makes 1 Cocktail
