250g margarine
2 cups sour milk
1 cup sugar
7 cups nutty wheat flour
2 tsp salt
2 cups cake flour
3 tblsp (heaped) baking Powder

- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Add milk, mix to make a stiff dough.
- Roll dough into balls.
- Pack close together in oven pan
- Bake at 190 ÂșC for 1 hour
- When cool break buns in half and put back into cool oven to dry out overnight.
