Ingredients
1 x 123 g packet Knorr Mushroom & Wine Pasta & Sauce
125g mushrooms, halved
30ml margarine
125ml milk
10ml fresh basil, chopped
200g beef strips
375ml water
10ml oil
Method
- Fry beef strips and mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes
- Add the milk, water and margarine in a saucepan and bring to the boil
- Add the contents of the packet and cook on high for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Stir in the basil
- Remove from the heat, cover and stand for 2 minutes
