2 ½ cups marshmallows
½ cup butter
100g rice crispies
Method
- Melt butter in a saucepan and add marshmallows stir over a low heat until marshmallows have melted.
- Remove from heat and add rice crispies
- Place on a greased baking tray. Flatten with a spatula and refrigerate.
- Cut into squares when set.
