Ingredients
¾ shot Midori Melon Liqueur
1 ½ shots Bacardi Rum (light rum)
12 mint leaves
juice of half a lime
2 Tblsp sugar syrup
club soda / sparkling water (to top up)
lime wedge to garnish & mint sprig to garnish
Method
- Muddle the mint leaves and lime juice in an old-fashioned glass.
- Add the sugar syrup and swirl.
- Fill with ice, add the rum, Midori and top up with club soda.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprigs.
