Ingredients
5 large bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
1 cup buttermilk, chilled
Method
- Place the bananas in a blender.
- Add the buttermilk and blitz until a smooth consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately as is or with a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
Drizzle a little dessert liqueur over the ice cream when serving.
