150 ml orange juice
120 ml tomato sauce
60 ml honey
30 ml soy sauce
30 ml oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Marinate your meat and refrigerate over night before cooking.
This recipe if for about 2 - 2,5kg of meat.
