BANANA RASPBERRY YOGHURT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free vanilla yoghurt
1 1/2 cups soymilk
1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
1 medium banana
a handful of ice cubes
Method
Place ingredients in a blender.
Blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Serves 2
