ASPARAGUS NOODLE SOUP

Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
15ml butter
375ml hot water
500ml hot milk
1 x Knorr Cheese, Ham & Mushroom Pasta & Sauce
1 x 410g tin green asparagus cuts
125ml cream
croûtons (optional)

Method
  • Fry the onion and garlic in heated butter until transparent.
  • Stir in the milk, water and Knorr Cheese, Ham & Mushroom Pasta & Sauce.
  • Add the drained asparagus and boil for 8–10 min, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the cream and serve with croûtons.
Serves 4
