MELON SMOOTHIE

A great way to kickstart your metabolism, boosts weight loss and  full of vitamins:)
Ingredients

1 cup honeydew melon chunks
1 medium orange
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup low-fat plain or vanilla yoghurt
1 cup ice cubes

Method

  • Start blending at a low speed and increase slowly to high.
  • Blend all ingredients for 45 seconds.
Serves 2
