CREAMY THREE CHEESE NOODLES

A cheese lover’s dream dish, this noodle meal combines the tasty flavours of Cheddar, Feta and Gorgonzola.

Ingredients

1 x 325g Knorr Mince Mate Creamy Cheese
50g crumbled feta cheese
800ml hot water
15ml oil
50g grated Cheddar cheese
50g Gorgonzola cheese
400g mince

Method
  • In a large saucepan, brown 400g mince in the oil.
  • Add the sachet of seasoning mix, 800ml hot water and the uncooked pasta and bring to the boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Empty the contents of the cheese sauce sachet into a measuring jug.
  • Fill to 500ml with rapidly boiling water and stir with a fork for 1 minute.
  • Stir in the 3 cheeses and pour over the mince mix.
