CAPPUCCINO SMOOTHIE

This is one of the healthy smoothie recipes for coffee drinkers.

Ingredients

2 cups brewed double strength coffee
500ml coffee ice cream
6 cups ice
375ml cups milk
whipped cream (optional)
cinnamon for garnish


Method
  • Place the coffee, ice cream, ice and milk in a blender, blend well until smooth.
  • Top with whipped cream (if desired) and sprinkle cinnamon.
