BLOODY MARY

Ingredients

150ml tomato juice
1 ½ shots of vodka
1 dash of Tabasco sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
the juice of half a lemon
a pinch of celery salt
4-6 cracked ice cubes
1 celery stick or lemon wedge to decorate

Method
  • Put the cracked ice into a shaker.
  • Dash the Worcestershire sauce and Tobasco sauce over the ice and pour in the vodka, tomato juice and lemon juice.
  • Shake vigorously until a frost forms.
  • Strain into a tall, chilled glass, add a pinch of celery salt.
  • Decorate with celery stick and or a slice of lemon.
Serves 1
