PINEAPPLE & MARSHMALLOW TART

Ingredients

1 tin condensed milk
1 tin crushed pineapple, drained
250ml cream, whipped
½ cup lemon juice
18 marshmallows cut into small blocks

Method
  • Mix condensed milk and lemon juice.
  • Add pineapple and marshmallows.
  • Fold in the whipped cream, pour into a jelly mould and refrigerate to set.
